By accessing or using Chama System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Chama Participation
When joining a chama, you agree to:
- Make contributions on time as per the chama schedule
- Provide accurate transaction details for verification
- Respect other members and follow chama rules
- Accept the distribution order based on joining time
4. Payments and Contributions
All payments must be made through the specified payment methods. Contributions are only considered complete after admin verification. Refunds are not provided for completed contributions.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Manipulate the chama system or payment verification
- Harass other members or disrupt chama activities
- Use the platform for illegal activities
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
